Tea Rose Perfume by Perfumers Workshop, Tea Rose is a women’s floral perfume with rose, woody, citrus, white floral, and balsamic main accords. Launched in 1977 as the brand’s flagship, ready made fragrance, It blends notes of rose, bergamot, tuberose, Brazilian rosewood, lily, sandalwood, amber, and cedar. With long lasting longevity and heavy sillage, this scent is ideal for spring day wear. The flacon is simple, revealing a golden yellow liquid and topped with a silver cap.
Perfumers Workshop was established in 1970 by Gun and Donald Bauchner, who saw an opportunity, after working in the perfume industry for ten years, to do something new and alternative. The Bauchners made a deal with Bloomingdale’s in New York to set up a fragrance counter where customers purchased custom-blended fragrances that were created from essential oils after they decided upon notes, accords, bottles, and packaging. The 1977 launch of Tea Rose, the brand’s first traditional fragrance, was highly successful, as it was sold through mass market distribution.
